We provide precision CNC machining for parts up to 4 meters in length. With advanced VTLs and multi-axis machines, we can achieve tight tolerances of ±0.02 mm and ultra-smooth surface finishes down to Ra 0.4 µm. We keep our MOQs low—especially for tube fittings and urgent needs. For custom or larger forgings, the MOQ may vary depending on tooling or die requirements. That said, we’re flexible and always try to support small batches—even single-piece orders whenever possible.
We handle a full range of heat treatments in-house, including normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering, and solution annealing. All treatments are done using controlled furnaces and come with certification to guarantee consistent strength and quality in every component.
