We can forge components up to 3,000 kg (3 metric tons) per piece. This includes large flanges, rings, blocks, and custom shapes in carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel. We utilize both open-die and closed-die forging methods to meet structural and dimensional requirements.
We manufacture premium-grade instrumentation tube fittings, including double ferrule compression fittings, elbows, tees, unions, adaptors, and more. Our fittings are made to exacting tolerances, pressure-rated, and available in low MOQs for specialized or urgent requirements. Enquire now!
We have precision CNC machining for components up to 4 meters long. With large-capacity VTLs and multi-axis machines, we can achieve tight tolerances of ±0.02 mm and surface finishes as smooth as Ra 0.4 µm. We keep our MOQs low, especially for tube fittings and urgent orders. For custom or large forgings, it depends on the tooling or die requirements — but we’re flexible and happy to support small batches or even single-piece orders whenever possible.
