What’s the biggest size you can handle for forged components?
We can forge parts weighing up to 3,000 kg (or 3 metric tons) each. This includes big items like flanges, rings, blocks, and custom shapes made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel. Whether it’s open-die or closed-die forging, we make sure every piece meets your exact size and strength needs.
What types of tube fittings do you offer?
We manufacture high-quality instrumentation tube fittings like double ferrule compression fittings, elbows, tees, unions, adaptors, and more. Each fitting is made with precision to handle high-pressure and demanding environments. Need a small batch or quick delivery? We offer low minimum order quantities to keep things flexible. What machining capabilities do you offer?
We provide precision CNC machining for parts up to 4 meters in length. With advanced VTLs and multi-axis machines, we can achieve tight tolerances of ±0.02 mm and ultra-smooth surface finishes down to Ra 0.4 µm. This level of accuracy is trusted in critical industries like oil & gas, power, and process manufacturing—where there’s no room for mistakes.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We keep our MOQs low—especially for tube fittings and urgent needs. For custom or larger forgings, the MOQ may vary depending on tooling or die requirements. That said, we’re flexible and always try to support small batches—even single-piece orders whenever possible. Contact us.
How do you handle heat treatment for forged components?
We handle a full range of heat treatments in-house, including normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering, and solution annealing. All treatments are done using controlled furnaces and come with certification to guarantee consistent strength and quality in every component.

Payment Modes
Payment may be made through Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT/Wire Transfer), Cheque, or any other mutually agreed payment method, subject to the agreed payment terms and credit period.
Packaging
All materials are carefully packed to ensure safe handling and delivery while minimising the risk of damage during transit.
- For domestic shipments, materials are packed in jute bags, HDPE woven sacks, wooden boxes, or as per the client’s specific requirements.
- For international shipments, materials are packed in fumigated wooden boxes compliant with the customs and import requirements of the destination country. Each individual piece is properly formed and wrapped to prevent scratches and surface damage during handling and transportation.
Upon request and subject to prior confirmation, each SKU or line item can also be packed separately in individual boxes for ease of identification and handling.
